Galaxy Treats wanted a premium sub-line without losing the brands bold, playful energy. Orbital brought a sleek, elevated look to gummies, prerolls, and disposable vapes with premium finishes, clean designs, and a cohesive system across the line.
My Role
I designed the entire Orbital packaging system, from logo to final visuals.
This included concept renders, print-ready files, and all brand assets for gummies, prerolls, and disposable vapes.
I also helped bring the line to market. Building Shopify collection and product pages, hero banners, POS Kits, sales sheets, and supporting email marketing campaigns. Basically, I made sure the packaging didnt just look good in theory, it worked everywhere the product landed.
Software Used: Adobe Creative Suite, Blender 3D, Figma, Shopify, Google Workspace, Asana, Slack.
The Challenge
The hemp space has strict packaging rules, and a good chunk of Orbital's small formats needed space for warnings, icons, and strain information.
I approached it with a premium, minimal, space-forward look using spot gloss UV, matte, and embossment finishes. The goal was depth and texture without losing claritty. Each product was designed to feel high-end, but still part of the Galaxy Treats universe.

Orbital Gummies
13 SKU's with jar labels, box inserts, and wholesale cartons.
Orbital Prerolls
3 SKU's with embossed tin lids, strain-specific sleeves, and wholesale cartons.
A mix of tactile finishes and clean branding for a high end feel.
2 Gram Disposable Vapes
5 SKU's, 3 strains. Contributions to device concepting.

Implementation
I extended the packaging system into launch assets:
Shopify Pages: Product images, hero banners, descriptions.
POS Kits: In-store materials for sales teams and distributors.
Email campaigns via Klaviyo.
The idea was simple: to make sure Orbital looked great everywhere it touched a customer or retailer, not just on the shelf.
Results
Successful launches across gummies, prerolls, and disposable vapes.
Added a premium line to the Galaxy Treats portfolio.
Orbital Prerolls won Best Flower smokable at a tradeshow.
