In-house designer for Troomy over 2.5 years, supporting the brand across packaging, digital, and retail touch points. This project highlights how the brand was executed consistently across products, e-commerce, marketing, and new product extensions, including capsules and portable formats like On-The-Go Pouches.

My Role
Senior Designer owning day to day brand execution, with a focus on packaging and production ready design. I partnered with internal teams and stakeholders to design, prepare, and deliver assets across packaging, Shopify, email marketing, retail kits, and trade show environments. Ensured accurate execution from concept through production.

The Challenge
As Troomy expanded across new products and marketing channels, the challenge was maintaining a cohesive brand system across multiple formats, timelines, and production requirements. The work needed to scale efficiently while preserving clarity, quality, and visual consistency across packaging, email, and digital touch points.
Design & Execution
The brand system was brought to life through consistent execution across marketing touch points, with email playing a key role in customer communication and revenue. Email was one of the brand's strongest performing channels, making thoughtful layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity essential.
I designed promotional and seasonal campaigns that applied the established visual language through color usage, type, graphics, and imagery while supporting high engagement and conversion. Each email was built and optimized for clarity, scannability, and action.

Implementation
I translated the brand system into functional digital experiences through Shopify UI updates and on-going site improvements. Working in Figma, I helped refine navigation and overall store theme layout with conversion in mind, ensuring updates supported usability, clarity, and a smoother customer journey while remaining visually aligned with the brand.
